What size for a UK 6/ EU 39

Hi,

I am a bit confused by the sizing. Normally a UK 6 would be a European 39, but the sizing for Shimano appears to be different, what size should I get?

Having a lower narrower heel section and lower volume front end , i would look at the 41Euro option first

Well, these are road shoes that take SPD cleats, so it would be dependent on the pedals that are with the indoor cycle.

These are designed to take cleats and clip in, they won't ride well on other pedal types.

You need more of a MTB / touring (SPD 2 bolt) set up if you want to be able to use the shoes for other activities.
