Question

Does this light flash or pulse?

I have seen commuters with lights that stay on all the time but just emit bursts of brighter light as opposed to on-off flashing.

Do you know what light that is or does this one do it?

Hi,

This light has 3 modes, High, Low and Flashing.

It flashes rather than pulses and is a brillaint little light, I use one myself.
