Question

Is it suitable for a 5.5 yrs old? Is it waterproof?

Our child is 5.5 yrs old. He is tall, 113 cm. We are looking for a two seater, so will be more space for him on the long journey. We are looking for a waterproof version, to make sure that he is well protected while we are cycling. He can't do a long distance on a tag along bike, there is why we considering a trailer bike. Would this be suitable? Is this padded? What's the design like?Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes he should be OK, although he'll be on the upper end of the scale and there won't be much 'growing room' for the future. The covers are pretty good and waterproof enough for most things. But surely, at 5.5 shouldn't he be riding his own bike and pulling you?
