you pull the to bearing covers of each and and tighten the bearings nuts under the cover

yes this hub would be fine for the justice as its still a 36 hole hub with a 10mm axle.

There are 36 spoke holes for this hub , you require 186mm spokes for 3 cross , and 194mm for 4 cross .
