Unfortunately this is just sold as a Hub, we have not heard this will be made in to a full wheel.

Because its a female axle, you wont see the axle in the photos but when you buy the product, you will see easily. Female axles are (un)screwed when you use a 6/8mm alen key or by a spanner/adjustable.

Three cross you require 186mm spokes and four cross 194mm .

This is a rear BMX axle so it is 14mm not 10mm which is the front axle
