in addition to hobodad's answer, it's also worth noting that Hamax also make alternative mounting bars for this seat which you can buy as an optional extra, should you find that the seat sits too high or too low with the standard mounting arm. In most cases they're not necessary, but it's worth knowing they are available just in case...

the black box at the front of the seat in the photo is a bracket which clamps around your frame's seat tube, and comes with shims of varying thickness to accommodate most seat tube diameters. The only frames this would be incompatibe with are ones where a gear cable is routed down the back of the seat tube. Shouldn't be a problem on the Vita.
