Available in three sizes, the Adult version is 1800mm in length, 670mm width at handlebars and 1070mm at height and suitable for bikes ranging from a large BMX up to full size Adult bikes. The Childs Bike Bag is 1470mm in length, 600mm width at handlebars and 880mm height at front, suitable for Children's bikes up to a BMX size. Finally the smallest size is designed for infant bicycles and runner bikes.

Might not reach the floor, I had it on 20" and could just see bottom rim of the tyre on front wheel.

There are different sizes of xmas bags gift wrap for bikes I would check with the sizes first between adult and childrens, Evans do give good size guide for which would be best.

Yes the Child bag is for size 12" - 20" wheel size

You will need the adult one which is for 20" + wheel size
