this hub requires two different lengths of spoke, as one side is higher than the other. However the lengths will also depend on your choice of rim, as a combination of 192mm/184mm/182mm/179mm spokes may be required. Your Local Evans branch can assist you with your choice.

answer 2
That all depends on which rim you want to lace the rim to. You'd need the measurements of both to find the correct spoke length.

194mm spokes will be fine for your build. This cassette isn't specifically loud, but has a good number of pawls, which will make a clicking noise on rotation.

The version you are after is available as a special order item through your local Evans branch. The hub also has reversible drive built in, so you can convert it from right-side to left-side drive.

A male hub has an axle running through and out to which nuts are tightened to secure the wheel to fork.

A Female hub has threads running through the hub to which axle bolts are screwed in to attach wheel to fork.

The Female hub exerts most force from the fork onto the bolts rather than the axle on the male.

You can lace this to a trippin rim but you would need the straight version rather than the aero so you have a braking surface. To lace it in a standard 3 X you will need:

Spokes Lacing Drive Spoke Non-Drive Spoke
36 3 x 184.2 mm 185.5 mm
