it should fit as the federal 20/20 forks thread is on the inside of the steerer tube, but federal also do a replacement top cap so you can be sure it will fit and also match.

Hi, This is designed to work with all United forks. I could not guarantee it would work on the Federal forks.

Hi

This top cap is designed to fit the United Squad V2 forks so i cannot guarantee it would work.

as long as the thread of your forks are along the wall of the steerer tube , most stock forks have welded in a-heads so if you bought these forks and they are from a complete united then it won't fit , but it should do as your forks arn't stock
