Probably not, the bearings would have to fit in there properly , , ball bearing hubs and sealed hubs are made diffently i think don't it would be possibly to fit a sealed caritrage bearing into a ball bearing hub! you would probably have to buy a new hub in order to have a sealed bearing hub!

Unfortunatly a loose ball hub cant be converted to run with sealed bearings. Hope this helps.

Hello,
This rear hub does not use female bolts, this is a standard bolt up axle. the front hub to match this will be the microlite V2 front hub, please see the link below

the size spokes you would need is 184mm for 3 cross or 194 for 4 cross.

They are the same hub - There has been a lot of confusion over this but it is exactly the same, "K7" is an abbreviation for "cassette" I would recommend getting the cheaper option!!!!

There are 48 spoke holes for this cassette hub , you require 186mm spokes for 3 cross , and 194mm for 4 cross .
