Hello

The raw frame will come with a layer of lacquer. The frame material is cromoly so if this layer is rubbed off the frame will be susceptible to rust so TLC will be needed in the long run.

Yeah, I'm 5'11 and I went for the 20.8 inch. It's personal preference really though

21 is a good length its what i have and im about 5,3 dont want a frame thats to short or your back will ache :)

Probably 20.5inch would be ideal , but this should not be a restriction if you feel comfortable on the 21inch .

No it doesn't. It's a street frame with no brake mounts for a clean look

Hello,

This is a brake less frame so it will not come with any brake tabs at all.
