Hi, unfortunately the vouchers can't be redeemed online, but they can be redeemed over the phone by calling our contact centre (and in any of our stores).

Via mail order - yes you need to spend whole thing.

if ordering via our mail order team then yes you would need to spend the full amount, if you wish to redeem in store then i believe you can get change in the form of another gift voucher.
