It does depend on the year of the bike, but i have had a look at a few from across the ages and it looks like the frames dont actually have the mounts to fit the rack on which this seat sits. This will also be the case for the co-pilot seats.
Your best bet is to go for a hamax seat wich fits to a bracket mounted on the seat tube. before you do purchase this item however it may be worth checking the clearence between the seat tube and the rear tyre, and also making sure that no cables run down the seat tube. your looking for around an inch and a half minimum. if you can it would be worth popping into your nearest store to check.
