No, it doesn't really. I had to wedge it into the holes in the helmut with cardboard and I could never quite get the right angle. And in the end it fell off and I lost it.

The specs are wrong?

Evans Q&A have said the Atom and Micro have the same spec's. The battery life listed on the Veho website says 45mins, and up to 90 mins of recording on 2Gb card supplied.

I can't get more than 20mins on 2 GB (1.8GB), and battery flat after 30 minutes.

What is the real spec as I'm sorely disappointed in this product

The specs are correct , i always record aproimatly 90 minutes on 2 GB micro sd card.
it seems that youre item is defeccted .

Camera itself may be water resistant but where the SD card is inserted is open to water ingress

no, the media card slot is open to the elements. I would go as far as to say not even splash proof. However there is a waterproof camera enclosure to buy separately.
