No this will not fit the Stolen Riot 2010 as it uses a standard 1 1/8th a-headset not an intergarted headset. Isuggest you look at the FSA Pig headset instead. Hope this helps.

depending how long your steerer tube of your forks are is depending if you need spacers.......some people cut this down so no you dont need spacers......if the steerer tube is to long then you make up from the head set with spacers
