Hello,

This frame comes with a spanish BB, so depending on what cranks you are using this United BB will fit.

Yes it would. Any Spanish BB would fit a frame specced for a Spanish BB. the size 19 or 22 refers to the crank spindle diameter you will use with the BB.

Either size would fit, the 19 or 22 option refers to the crank spindle diameter you will be using with this BB, and not the frame BB size.
