Yes, so long as your mothership has an integrated headtube, and an integrated headset. These forks have a built in crown race, so can only be used with that type of headset.

Will these fit a mongoose program?

Also is 2 lbs a light fork? i just have standard forks but the back of my bike is lighter so i want to balance it more by adding lighter forks.
