press a 19mm bottom bracket into your frame, then simply feed the arms through the spindle then slide the spindle through the bottom bracket, it may be a little tight, but this is perfectly normal. keep going, then fit your sprocket, tighten everything up and away you go.

get your 19mm bottom bracket in your frame, then put your drive side on, check your chain line, then put your spacers on the other side, then line up the crank arm and then do them up

answer 4
Hello,

Ok these are very straight forward to fit.
First of all remove the old cranks, then insert the new axle into the bottom bracket make sure your grease the axle, next work out the spacing between the frame and the end of the axle and do for the other side aswell just make sure that you fit the chainring to the crank arm before fitting to the axle. the arms may be tight to get on to the axle, this is just because they are new, all you need to do now is tighthen the bolts. after all of this the cranks should be fitted correctly and ready to ride.

answer 1
As you can see, there are 3 main parts to this crank, Axle, LH Crank arm and RH crank arm. so this is a 3-piece set.

The red set pictured are shown without their axle. (but they do come with it, as do all sets.)
