actually the answer was No it will not fit it....
I ordered it and then had to send it back as it wouldn't come close without a chunk of modifcation...

No, it will not fit the Myka (I just tried) as there is no hole to accommodate the gear cable braze-on. Says on the packet that its for Stumpjumper hardtails.

fits my 2010 Rockhopper, tight fit but it eventually went on using a little washing up liquid. great fit once on and little need for the strap to hold it on. Take your time and put it on by squeezing it on fron on end.

You may be mistaken with Stumpjumper. Rockhopper does not come in carbon version.
Anyway, this protector will fit any Specialized hard tail bike as well as many other brands.
