This driver does not fit the 24Seven hubs.
It's designed as a replacement for Xposure hubs.

These are Xposure hub drivers, for Xposure brand hubs.
They are not designed to fit any other manufacturer's hubs.

No, this is a driver for an Xposure or Odyssey Hazard cassette hubs, whereas the program uses freewheel, and the smallest freewheel currently available is the one fitted to the bike already.

No, unfortunately this Driver is only compatible with specific hubs, and the hub that comes on the Hoffman Condor is not one of them.

No this will not fit unfortunately, if you are wanting a smaller gear ratio you will need to get a new rear hub.
