I think they are still in their a pre-sales mode to save battery life. I think you need to press each light until they flash - this indicates that you have exited the pre-sales mode. When you turn the lights on they should stay on.

You still have them in retail mode. They had a tag on them telling you too press them down to on or off (can't remember which) for about 30secs to change them to normal use mode. Then they stay on until you press them to go off.

I think you may have them on the display mode for when they are in the shop. I think that you have to either keep your finger on when you light them or keep it pressed when you have them lit. That should sort it. There was some info on the packaging on yellow square card. Have a look if you still have it.

answer 11
The CatEye Loop lights are sold in "Try Me" mode to allow someone to turn on the light to test it, but have it automatically turn off after 30 seconds to avoid draining the batteries. To turn "Try Me" mode off: From the OFF position, push and HOLD ON for 10 seconds the LED flashes rapidly. "Try Me" Mode is now deactivated.

They appear to fine in the rain and I think they refer to them as water resistant. I probably wouldn't go diving with them though.

answer 1
I wouldn't say the light they emit was blue. They are quite bright white, maybe it was the camera they used that made them look blue. I would think that they comply with the UK road regs.

The light is fine for on road use at night but I would think it is too small to be your only front light - if you ride in very dark places.
