Yes this will fit.

I took a 105 BB off and fitted the Ultegra to a 5600 chainset. The 105 BB was actually OK (noise still not traced but its still there), I later fitted the 105 BB to a Gossamer chainset no problem.

They are all interchangeable, something I didn't know before this excercise (I'm a Campag kind of guy).

It will if you use an adapter. I suspect that's not what you are asking, so no, this isn't what you want.

This unit will not fit. You will need to fit a specific BB30 unit.

Physically it will fit but whether it's compatible with your crankset is another question. If your current crank uses a Shimano external bottom bracket then yes, but if it has square tape bottom bracket (which I think it may?) then you will also need a new crank set if you want to use the Ultegra 6700 BB.

Yes, I have put this BB in my 2012 Allez.

You need the Hollowteck crank removal tool (with 8 splines) to remove the hollowtech crack - it's plastic cap (seems nuts that it's plastic but I assume it is so you can't over tighten it when you put it back in) and then the standard 16 tooth external BB removal tool to get the old shell off and the new one on.

If your Bottom Bracket is a Shimano 51, the correct terminology is UN51. This will be a square taper unit and is not compatible with your transmission. Try trading up to a UN55 unit as the bearings are a lot stronger. You should need a size 68x113.

Replacement is straight forward but you need different cranks (Hollowtech II type) to go with this bottom bracket.
Difficult part is to prepare your frame before fitting hollowtech II bracket first time on the bike. Basically you have to face the frame to avoid future problems. The term refer to making sure the surface of the BB are "parallel" to each other respectively. There is a very expensive tool required to do this. I suggest you get this done in one of Evans workshops.

Should be fine. Have a look at the chart by Shimano showing compatibility: http://bike.shimano.com/publish/content/global_cycle/en/us/index/tech_support/tech_tips.download.-Par50lparsys-0025-downloadFile.html/01%29%20Drivetrain%20Compatability%20Chart.pdf
