No. It just measures current speed, distance travelled and tells you the time

It clips onto your handlebar. There are 2 sizes included: "31.8mm "or "22.2, 25.4 or 26mm" handlebars. It is easy to remove though so I would unclip it off the handlebar and take it with me when it's parked in public.

clips on any handlebar, no wiring, very simple sensor attatchment to forl with supplied cable ties.

The computer unit is only activated when riding , taking the battery out would not be recommended .
