answer 3
if you are having difficulties with fitting your new components, your local Evans branch will be happy to assist. This brake generally requires a 6mm Allen key, 15mm Spanner and 17mm spanner, plus a pair of pliers to keep tension on the cables. They fit directly onto your bike's brake lugs.

answer 4
It's quite easy really, you just need to fit the brake cables into the slots (far right) and then then brake into the brake mounts.
If you can't do it your local shop should be able to do it for free or a few pounds

answer 5
you'll need a 6mm alen key and probably a 17mm spanner, it should come with instructions but in short you tighten down the alen bolt whilst tensioning the spring with the spanner
