I've got an 07 Rockhopper and use a Lizard Skins medium size protector. Its been on my bike for the last 4 years, does the job and still looks ok.

No, Rockhoppers don't get their own, 102364-NA-NA is the code for the Universal fit sleeve, this should work well for you.

They are specifically shaped for the Spesh FSR frame and are rigid plastic. Not going to work on your Trek frame Im afraid.
