I would recommend getting a trained mechanic to do the swap for you. They will be able to make sure that your old axel and crank arms are the correct fit and ensure that there the cranks are tightend correctly.
Should you want to fit it however, The Eclat BB fits the same way as the majority of Mid BBs, and as this one uses the sealed bearing set, is less prone to the elemets, and less fiddly to fit.

Unless you know exactly what you are doing I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself. Contact your local store to do it for you. They may let you watch them at work if you ask nicely :)

The conventional method of removal for mid bb's is (though not fully recommended) usually a hammer and a screwdriver in the axle hole. However fitting the new one can be more problematic. The old bmxer trick of a hammer and a lump of wood can cause no end of problems with fitting the bearings straight - all I can really recommend is either using the correct BB compression tool, or if you don't have access to one, book it in with one of our workshops.
