It should fit the hub and evans cycles let you return parts that don't fit anyway as far as I know, and you needs to stretch the frame because you're adding width to the axle, I have heard of people taking lock nuts off to fit hub guards without stretching the frame but I wouldn't recommend it because it allows for your bearings to become loose, the amount the frame has to stretch is not very much so it should cause no problems.

answer 2
Hello,

Yes this hub guard will fit the United SU3, the hub guard is very easy to fit, all you will need to do is take the rear wheel out of the frame, take the bolt off the axle and slide the hub guard over the hub shell, then fit the rear wheel back to the frame, it maybe a little tighter then usual to fit into the frame but this is normal.
