The medium and the trigger are two versions of the lever, the medium is kind of a straight lever and the trigger is a strange shape, with a bend in the lever to fit your finger in it.

They are the two diffrent types of trigger on the lever. The Medium version features a longer more traditional trigger, where as the "trigger" version features a dip in the trigger for one finger to pull more. Hope this helps.

The upper cable is included with the lever, you will need to purchase the gyro and the lower cables if you do not already have them. Hope this helps.

Hello,

The trigger version will come with a cable length of 390mm, and the medium will come with 425mm.
