You can't use these online but you can use them in store, or through our mail order service which is similar to online sales, to contact them ring +44(0)1293 574900 and they will help you out.

Will these EVER be able to be used for online purchases?

It does seem very odd that you can buy these vouchers online but cannot use them online. Surely they have a code specific to each voucher that can be used in the same way as a discount code applied at checkout? Seems a bit of an outdated process in 2011. Will this ever change for your vouchers?

We are working on allowing gift vouchers to be used on our website but we can take them over the phone, the process is gives us a call and we will take the voucher number over the phone.

The phone number is 01293 574 993.

This voucher can be purchased online for delivery to the USA, however when redeeming the voucher this can only currently be done in one of our stores or on this occassion the most suited way across the phone by calling +441293 574900

You cant use gift vouchers on-line, you can call the contact centre team on 01293 574900 or visit an Evans Cycles store.
