Hello,

Unfortunately gift vouchers cannot be used for online orders - it can only be used either in-store or mail order (this I have no experience in).

If the change is less than £5, you will receive the change in actual money. If it isn't you will receive a new gift voucher with the correct value (i.e if the change is £6.13, the new gift voucher will be worth that exact amount)

Hi, our vouchers are printed, but by us (we can't send you a pdf or something to print yourself).

If you buy mail order it will be sent to you, or if you pop into a store it will be printed off in a jiffy while you wait.

Yes you can. Just select 'ship to store ' as the delivery option and select the store most convenient to yourself.
