no they do not hurt your hands,they don't get dirty that easy either witch will cut down on abbrasion.

Yeah they do after a while, if your gonna get em make sure you wear gloves.

These grips are beautiful to ride and no they do not give you any sores. Lastly they are very soft

They are made of a soft compound rubber to provide better grip. How fast they wear depends on how often you ride, what kind of riding you do, how you move the bike and other such things.

yes you do get bar ends with the grips,they are good quality as well,they do not scratch easily.
