As this stand is made entirely of plastic, bolting it to the floor would be pointless. In my opinion, the stand is too flimsy.

this will not bolt through the ground, this is a plastic stand.

This rack is not designed to be mounted in a vehicle. Have a look at the Minoura racks below which are specifically designed for this purpose
