This is only the rotating plate.

You can buy a bottom plate for the gyro if you have a standard headset. If you have an internal headset and no frame tabs you will not be able to run a gyro.

Would one of these be compatible with my BSD topload stem?

not sure if theres two different models in your pictures, but mines one of the block caps letters with no wing.
