No this is not a cable that fits a gyro. But it is a linear cable, this means that the bars can be spun with minimal or possibly no affect on the brake. But the bars will need unwinding after ward, unlike with a gyro.

These Cables come in one set length that can then be cut down to size for either a front or rear brake

No, the straddle cable comes with the brake unit rather than the lever or cable.
