No, but why would you want to? You wouldn't be able to hang the bike if you do that as it will interfere with the wheel that you're hanging the bike from. I've got two and to save space I've mounted the two bikes as close as they can be (right hand bike hanging by its back wheel and the left hand bike by its front) which means that for the stand on the right hand side can't have the hook bar fitted.
