Question

Are these stabilizers fitted to the wheel spindle or the frame?

I have a Raleigh child's bike with 14" wheels, but the wheel spindle does not project far enough to attach stabilizers. There are two M6 threaded holes, one above the other, in the frame just in front of the spindle. Can these stabilizers be fitted to these holes with M6 bolts?

According to the instructions supplied, these stabilisers must be fitted over the wheel spindle between the wheel nut and frame. Don't know your bike or what the holes you mention are for but surely Raleigh could advise.

These stabilizers fit to the rear wheel axle only, there is no fitting on them to fit to the frame.

No these will not work with an adult bike because of the weight of the bike and person on it
