To fit the stabilisers you must first put them together, using the spacers, axles and bolts provided. When they are together you have to take the current bolts off the axles on the rear wheels. Then slide the stabiliser on, put the bolt back on and tighten with the correct sized spanner. When the bike is help straight up the stabiliser wheels should be roughly 15mm off the floor so the bike has to lean slightly before the wheel touches the floor. If it any point you are unsure of how to fit them, or if you have the incorrect tools then take it to your local store who will be able to fit them for you.
