Are these the bars that were used on the 2010 We The People Reason?

Yes this is the same Salt bar used throughout the Wethepeople Completes range.

These are a standard version of the Salt BMX bars found on Wethepeople complete bikes. Each bike has a slightly different version of the bar, as they are tailored towards the specific model. This pariticular bar is not an exact match to the Justice one.

Judging by the picture they're pretty glossy. So I'd say no they aren't Matt Black.

They will be a similar bar, but are not the same bar that is used. The WTP Arcade 2011 Arcade uses a We The Poeple branded bar: 1020 Hi-Ten steel, 7.75 inch.
