Question

What, exactly, is the bottle cage made of?

I'd like to spray paint the bottle cage a much more "perfect" shade of white, because it's a dirty-white, almost cream. What exactly is it made of, so I can select the right paint? Thanks!

It is a matt plastic so you would probably need a very specialist plastic paint and I dare say it would soon flake or wear off so probably not ideal

Use a primer for plastic (from DIY store) and you can then use any spray paint.

Water bottle cages are a standard size so should fit your EX5 on either or both mounts.
