You could always trim it down with a knife, but out the box, no, the protector is 32mm wide and they don't like being bent round tight corners.
I used these on my road bike, but on my mountain bike I used the Lizard Skins Chainstay Guard Super Jumbo which is a neoprene velcro fastening type chainstay protector and has kept the chainstay completely chip free. The Product code is: 120251.

This protector does not have to fit all round the chainstay , just the top and chain facing side .

Nice bike. My friend has the same model and he fitted a Lizard Skins Chainstay Guard Jumbo, which is a neoprene velcro fastening chainstay protector. Because the Crosstrail already has the black stripe running along the chainstay, the black protector doesn't spoil the bikes looks, and has kept the paint completely chip free.
