Yes, it does not come high up the wheel and at the highest point would be close to the spokes so should not interfere with the disc.

Not without modification - there are no holes through which a screw/bolt could pass.

I guess it is possible, but as this stand is only plastic, I wouldn't recommend drilling holes in it, but it's completely up to you.

Question

Can you use this for the front wheel?

I want something to keep my bike in place indoors. At the moment it leans against a wall and the front tire points out at an angle. It seems like this is product only holds the rear wheel in place but can you put the front wheel in it? This would stop the wheel point out at an angle and keep the bike in one straight line

Adjustable width means that tyres up to 2.25 inches can be accommodated, so yes it can.
