I would not use it in situations where the risk of theft is high. However it is still relatively secure and allows you to attach both your frame and front wheel to the bike rack.

Whatever the rating is I would not recomend this as a main lock if you lock your bike outside.
D Locks are best and this you can use to lock your front wheel.

Easily long enough to secure one wheel and the frame to a fixed object, but not both wheels. It's coiled up.

my cable was about 120cm or so, it's enough to lock up 2 bikes together, be advised though i would only consider it to provide a minimum level of protection
