ok I've measured my chainstay - at its widest it is ~3.5x2cm, the velcro fitting bridges this distance ok, but only just [was fiddly as chain etc in the way at that point] - so if much greater then go for larger. hope that helps

They come up smaller than you think. I just bought the jumbo and I have what I would consider a standard Trek road bike. I would buy the super jumbo for a mountain bike. Evans are brilliant at returns so even if it doesn't fit you can send it back FOC and get a full refund.

My daughter has the exact same bike and the jumbo lizard skin fits perfectly. It took a couple of goes to fit as there is some stretch in the material. Once fitted it is fine and protects the frame which was starting to be hit by the chain.
