These mudguards are made for a 700c wheel and will be a slightly larger radius than you need - but not so large that you need to worry. (A 26" mountain bike mudguard would not be suitable.) However, for a 45mm wide tyre you should use the SKS Hybrid mudguard. (Are you sure that the tyre is 45mm wide? I would have expected it to be about 35mm wide, and need the SKS Wide Road mudguards.)
They didn't fit my Specialized allez elite, so not all road bikes. Specifically my allez doesn't have the hole for fitting the guards to the front under the handle bars and on the rear forks (sorry I don't know the technical terms!)
The mud guards use screws etc to fasten to your bike. I ended up having to return these for some clip on crud guards.

Yes front is included.
The Secteur doesn't have mudgard eyelets so they'd have to be P clipped on (although at the rear you could use the rack mounting points instead).
They might fit but they'd be pretty tight. I'd advise fitting some raceblades or crudracers instead.
You may be able to use the SKS Wide Road mudguards, but clearances may be tight around the stay brackets with the 37mm tyres. If this is the case use the SKS Hybrid mudguards, especially if you are using muddy paths.
If it has the necessary eyelets (small holes at the bottom of the fork and near the rear dropouts) then yes, but many fixed gear bikes do not have these.
If yours doesn't then try the raceblades, which will fit regardless.
A very good choice - offering full protection and a sleek profile to match the bike. They look good in black (119432-NA-BLK) as they blend with the tyres.
Hello i would suggest giving our contact centre team a call on 01293 574 905 with what size tyres you have on your bike and can check the correct size for your bike.
SKS decided that a new design was needed to prevent the ends of the stays spiking people as it appears they are a bit more fiddly to fit now, However they don’t appear to have change their sizes, these are the narrow road mudguards, they may just appear bigger in the picture.
Good for tyres between 20 and 28mm these guards will give you all the protection you need. The bike has all the necessary threaded bosses, so fitting should be easy. Ensure that you have clearance between the tyre and the mudguard to allow a small stone to pass through freely.
