This trailer will attach to any adult bike. It attaches via a bracket that secured to the rear wheel quick release skewer or axle of the bike that is towing the trailer

Hi, I have one of these trailers and my 3 year old and 18 month old fit in fine.

A 4 year old is probably at the upper limit for a trailer. so whilst your child will probably fit you may not get a lot of use out of this trailer until he/she has grown out of it.

Hi, the fitting that attaches the bike to the trailer works best with quick release axle skewers. There is a good chance that the fitting will work with your bike. For a guaranteed answer you would need to bring this bike into one of our stores where we can advise.

It is not worked out on age it is worked out on weight Maximum cargo or combined child weight - 36kgs (70lbs)

Attachment mounting options... Is it just suitable for QR aixles?

I've got several bicycles all with the axles built into the hubs, rather then a quick release hub. After an exhaustive search; no where can I find details regarding this pretty important question!
I believe that the aixles are around 120mm nutted.
I would really love to buy one pending an answer

Yes it will work with standard hubs as well as quick release. If anything it is more secure when fixed using nuts.
